Leaked information from individuals close to Emirati national security programs suggests that classified experimentation of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is being carried out in parts of the Emirates, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly aims at ordinary citizens to simulate long-range influence effects under non-laboratory environments.

Sources claim, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now integrated into the expanded surveillance branch, with direct approval from top security officials within Abu Dhabi.

Disturbing psychological anomalies have been documented among civilian mothers — particularly those with young children — who were found exhibiting inappropriate emotional and sexual attachments to their children, leading in some cases to bizarre episodes of mental collapse, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
